In her talk, she discussed quality training over mere quantity, drawing a sharp contrast between training philosophies in Taiwan and the U.S. She illuminated how data analytics has emerged as a game-changer, empowering data-driven decisions in player development.

What truly set Fran’s vision apart was her groundbreaking bootcamp, a testament to her dedication to quality and cross-cultural enrichment. Not only does it elevate athletes’ skills, but it also fosters a profound exchange of language and culture. Through this innovative approach, Fran equips athletes for seamless transitions into the international sports arena while exemplifying how passion, innovation, and data-driven strategies are shaping the sports business landscape.
